In 1890 a man named Salam stay in Sarawak, Malaysia, and has a brother named Amran. Salam has a relationship secretly by a girl named Rukiah. This relationship is not known by parents Salam. Rukiah is a good girl and flawless.
Salam's father wants to marry Amran with a girl. One day he asked if she wanted to marry Amran. Because saw Amran already "old". Amran said, 'If you want to marry me, it's up to the father alone, ". It is said that in ancient times, spouses arranged by parents. His father returned Amran asked, "Who would you like to be your wife?". "Whatever Dad who likes to be my wife, I took it,". Long story short, married Amran with Rukiah. When their marriage, Salam become desperate. He said, "Then arose three threw stones at Sarawak's land, then I will go home,".
Currently in the staging area of Medan Labuhan, with God's will, Salam met with Salmah.Salmah is the flower in Labuhan Medan-Belawan. Salmah father named H. Kasim. After going to sea for months, Salam can forget Salmah. However Salmah not like Tambi and eventually they divorced.

Greetings go anywhere with a violin. And he always sang the song "You are my red Mas".In that area there is an employer of fish migrating from Malaysia to the island named Tu Awang Muhammadin Kampai. He bought fish from the fishermen and is known for its good-natured.

Flowers planted headland is the story of the journey of love greeting as a sign between Peninsular Malaysia, Medan Labuhan and Kampai Island.
